How we work
We study behavioral psychology, habits, operations, and context before developing layouts and material palettes to shape a distinct visual identity for the space.
KOW NIA starts with the brief and site survey, develops layouts, concepts and 3D visualisations, then prepares technical documentation. Design & Build continues through costing, construction planning, inspection and handover.
