We provide interior design, renovation planning, lighting design, furniture design, architectural design, color consultation, and space planning. All work is subject to a separate signed agreement (the “Service Contract”).

Consultations & Estimates
Initial consultations are free of charge if you choose us to work on your project later on. Any estimate provided is a good-faith projection based on information you share. Final pricing may change after site measurement, material selection, or scope adjustments.
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Service Contracts & Payments
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOW NIA Design Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the applicable project.
A deposit is required to secure your spot on our calendar
Progress payments are tied to milestones (e.g., concept approval, permit filing, construction start)
Final payment due before styling and reveal
Cancellation fees apply after design work has commenced
Please review your Service Contract carefully. These website Terms do not override the specific terms of your signed agreement.
Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by contractors, permit offices, supply chain issues, or events beyond our control (force majeure)
