Apartment
Interior Design

Introduction
An apartment can look good in photographs yet feel awkward to live in. Circulation, storage and lighting problems often become clear only once daily life begins.
For apartment interior design in Ho Chi Minh City, KOW NIA starts with those everyday needs: who uses each room, how a day unfolds and how the home should adapt over time.
When You Need It
For newly handed-over apartments, renovations and homes that need a different layout as family needs change. Before proposing a design, we review existing conditions, what should be retained and the extent of work permitted.
Building management requirements, existing technical systems and construction access are discussed from the outset.
What’s Included
Furniture layouts, circulation and storage planning.
Materials, colour and lighting direction.
3D visualisations, interior drawings and custom furniture details within the agreed scope.
Production, construction or furniture selection coordination where commissioned.
Our Approach
KOW NIA reviews the plans, discusses daily routines and carries out a site survey where included in the scope. The layout is agreed before 3D design and detailed documentation are developed.
Loose furniture, fitted cabinetry and appliances are considered together, so dimensions, use and the design language remain consistent.
The Process
What You Get
Deliverables are defined for each apartment and may include furniture plans, visualisations, material schedules and approved details. Construction and furniture production are set out in a separate proposal where required.
