Introduction
EM Coffee House in San Jose is KOW NIA's second project in California, part of a series of F&B space design projects for the Vietnamese community in the US.
Design Direction
Mediterranean Modernism.
From a wide frontage that lacked emphasis, the design creates a bright, welcoming space that harmonizes with the existing architecture.
Materials and Details
Handcrafted wall surfaces, reflective metals, and soft rounded edges blend a Mediterranean feel with a contemporary spirit.
Brand Colors
Ivory, beige, light wood, and earthy brown serve as the background. The brand's signature green appears in a controlled manner at the doors, canopies, ordering counters, and loose furniture.
Experience and Operation
The space is designed to be easily accessible, highly recognizable, and efficiently operated, ensuring long-term growth alongside the EM Coffee House brand.
