Interior Design
Café - Restaurant

Introduction
Guests may remember a café for its light, a table by the window or the feeling of arriving. Behind that experience, the layout needs to work: how customers move, how staff circulate and how comfortably the service counter operates.
KOW NIA designs café and restaurant interiors in Ho Chi Minh City around the relationship between experience and operations. The visual direction develops with the business model rather than imposing a ready-made style.
When You Need It
For new cafés and restaurants, venue renovations and businesses defining a spatial identity. The menu, service model, customers and daily operating rhythm help establish the design priorities.
International projects are delivered remotely in coordination with the client’s local team.
What’s Included
Seating layouts, customer circulation and service routes.
Counter, reception and interior brand touchpoint design.
Materials, lighting and furniture suited to the way the venue is used.
Visualisations, drawings and coordination of kitchen or bar equipment requirements within the agreed scope.
Our Approach
We begin with the business brief and existing site conditions. Once the main areas are agreed, the design develops through visualisations, material selection and interior documentation.
Kitchen, plumbing, electrical, ventilation and fire safety requirements are coordinated with the relevant specialists. Permitting and compliance responsibilities are defined separately for each location.
The Process
What You Get
The documentation gives the client and delivery team a common reference: agreed layouts, visualisations, materials and construction details.

Investment Note
Design costs and timing depend on area, existing conditions, the intended level of fit-out and operational requirements. Design, production and construction scopes are clarified before comparing budgets.
